Check out Gilbert's Guns, that's where I got my TFOs. I have read about the falling tubes so I did put in some clear nail polish on the tubes when they arrived. So far no problems and they're awesome. I have the green/green on my service and the yellow/green on the sub. It's a preference thing on the colors but the yellow/green will probably give you more contrast.

well, I got mine back today.... I originally wanted the green front, yellow rear but the installer recommended green/green as being better so I went with that.
Wish I had stuck to my original pick of yellow green, picking up the front sight would be much easier with that combo. With the same color front and rear the rears seem to look brighter, I guess its because they are closer to you.... so my advice to anyone considering these is to go with the yellow green. |

Personally, I like the all green. I think it will grow on you and you'll be happy with your decision.

I ordered a set from Gilbert's today for my latest purchase, 45C. He has the best price I have found. I have them on each one of my 6 XDs and I have had no problems.
I do like the green/yellow. I once had an instructor show me how you want to differentiate the front and rear sights by color, especially in a high stress situation. In total darkness, line up all 3 dots of the same color, then slowly start to turn your gun to the left or right. Pretty soon you will have all three dots lined up again but you are way off target. I know that is quite a bit of turn, but crazy things happen when you get excited. It was enough to convince me to go with 2 colors.
