Crimson Trace Sucks

Crimson trace sucks the life out its competitors in my opinion! I had a warranty issue with the pin that taps into a insert just above the grip safety on my XD40 service. Heidi called from Crimson Trace. She said that they were they going to swap the whole grip out and not just replace the little bitty part, I mentioned that I was down in Portland Oregon for business, she said if I come to Wilsonville (about 30 miles south from were I was at) I could come and swap it out instead of mailing it. That is great customer service!! Thanks Crimson Trace- in a time were everyone is getting more strict with warranty policies, they went above and beyond in my opinion. Them swapping out the whole thing was far beyond what I thought they would do.

Nice, I was going to say, they rock. My wife has one on her .38 airweight and I love that thing.

The title of the post made me think that you hated the grip. I'm happy I read it and got the whole story!

+1

I have one on my XD9sc. I need a new pin too. Glad to hear they were so accommodating.

I have a CT grip for my K-frame that stopped working about 3 months after I bought it. Naturally I hadn't saved the receipt but they (CT) were very accomodating and turnaround was less than a week.

Wasn't happy it broke down so soon but nice customer service.
