Did you file down the width of the plastic blocker piece to fine tune the overtravel and rest position? If you look at the forum thread on that piece it is not just a drop in and go. You have to modify the width of it for it to be tailored to your pistol.

You need to read this entire thread How to install the Powder River Precision Safety Lever and Overtravel Stop and call Daniel at Powder River is you need assistance in making it right.

I put all the parts in my XD-9-SC with minimum problems. It sounds as if you need to remove more of the B-side surface of your overtravel stop but Daniel at Powder River would be the one to give you the best advice.

Mine did that. Call Daniel, and he'll tell you where to file. Doesn't take much. Just don't use a dremel on it, and don't ask me how I know.

I filed more of part B down. Now I have more over travel and theres 2 clicks in the trigger when fired, first the striker and then a second click, I dont know what the second click is. I think 2 much of bart B is gone now, and i only removed like 1/16th.

I need another overtravel stop or drill the trigger bar. what size Tap for the supplied screw?

It wasn't an issue with the OTS. It was the Safety Lever. Call PRP and he'll walk you through it. You probably have to order a new OTS anyway.

Thanks to all for the help. He called me and I think that he has it all worked out. On this pistol, the tab on the safety lever that the trigger bar hooks onto needed to be fit.
