Has anyone carried concealed IWB while working construction?

The reasion I ask is because, if so, how did you find it felt when having a tool belt with tool bags on, if you wore them? How did it feel when it heated up and you got hot and sweaty?

Mine sits in my truck. I don't wear my bags (I set them on my scaffold) but it's too hot and I work with acoustic ceilings so my arms are raised a lot and that would give me away.

I work in road construction and it is in my employee handbook that I am not allowed to have a firearm in my possession on the jobsite, or I may be terminated... I don't have CHL, but I do keep my XD45 in my car
