XD holsters by Don Hume

Anyone have the Don Hume holster for the XD that is outer waist band? here is a Pic ....
http://www.donhume.com/Products/ProductsPage.cfm?ProductID=44
I have one for my Cougar 9mm and it is awesome . I especially like the part that comes up and covers the back part of the slide that normally touches your waist/love handles . That peice of leather really protects it from sweat in the summer. Anyone have one for their XD? How do you like it? I am gonna get it for my XD-9 Service. Just wanting opinions and comments.

I like that and may get one in the future.

I wish Tennesse Holster made an OWB for the XD.

I use Don Hume's for all of my IWB carrying and I love them. To me it's a quality holster at a great price, and they are available at a variety of online retailers as well as retail shops.

I frequently use this holster to carry an XD 45 ACP Service and love it. It is a great holster for the money.

Yes. If you buy the one for your flavor of XD, it covers the trigger.

Also, here is a plug for one of our sponsors. You won't find a better company to deal with and it is hard to beat their prices. The Don Hume Open Top you are asking about is on the page referenced below. The price is $36.95

As with any holster - especially and holster that goes on your belt like this one - don't skip on your gun belt. A good quality belt will make all the difference in the world when it comes to carrying.

Hey thanks for the link . The holster is about $4 cheaper than my local shop . Also in reference to the blet , I have one from The Beltman . It ROCKS and I had the extra stiffener put into it so it is extra stiff and will not curl up on the sides when carrying something heavy like my CZ75B which is an all-steal gun or a 1911 . Yep , you are right , the belt is just as important as the holster
