TFO front sight popped out........
Front sight popped out today at the range, this is a real pain in my ass..... just had these installed about 400 rounds ago. I looks like their is still a small piece of the vial in the front of the sight. How am I supposed to trust my life to this??? I will be contacting truglo asap.

Yup, mine too. Last week after about 800 rounds. Very disappointing.

Man, every week seems like I feel better and better that I didnt listen to the TFO guys. I purchased Trijicons instead. Nothing to break or fall out since they are encased within the metal sight itself.

It appears that just the fiber optic fell out, but still not very cool.
I rolled the dice on the TFO's and this was the outcome. I will most likely start shopping around for an alternative. I've heard that some people have super glued the fiber optic back in with pretty good results????? Anyone???? Also, anyone ever have the rear TFO's come out??? Thanks guys...... and gals.

I have trijicon myself, but truth be told, there could be problems with any product. Hopefully they will be able to correct this problem. To the OP, hang in there and keep in contact with the company that made them and the person who installed. Hopefully this will be just a small hiccup in your life.

I've actually had to epoxy my front sight twice (no fuzziness or loss of brightness), but then again each time has lasted just over 1K rounds on my 45. You may be thinking, "Twice?!?" Yes.. but you must understand there's very little surface area to actually grip the tube w/ epoxy and the bottom part of the sights are hollow. If you're worried about trusting your life... i highly doubt you'd use 1K rounds in a given home defense shootout. Either way sights are a dime a dozen in styles, so there's plenty of viable alternatives.
