my brother got me a "20 round Pro-Mag" for my XD-9 on my b-day.

i ditched the promag follower, base pad, and spring....then i used an XD base pad, XD follower, and an Arredondo extra power magazine spring used for thier extended base pad's.

my Pro-Mag now functions properly, feeds great, and holds 22-9mm round's.

i still use an XD magazine to hold my home defense ammo, but the Pro-Mag is a fun gadget at the range.

That's what I said---it comes standard with 16-round mags. I've been an XD fan for a few years now, have bought more than one, and am familiar with all their models. Thanks!

I checked into it as well. They say they are made by SA but I called SA and they said they have never made a 20 round mag. I ordered one but they also will refund it if I am not happy with the product. So I will have to wait and see.
Yup i bought one today, had a few SG coupons sitting around.
Its for my xd9 so it might need some adjusting, but for the price, **** it

Yes, promag makes them and I did have feed problems on my .40sc , but i also did on my factory 12rd mags. I did the slide mod that is posted in the general forum and that took care of both issues.

Actually, guys, the new XDM mags hold 16 rounds, whereas the original XD40 mags only hold 12.

I bought three of Promag's 20 rounders for my XD40 4". Two of them failed to feed every round, the third one broke the ejector on both my 4" and 3" 40's while firing the two rounds that it actually fed. The tip of the ejector hit me in the glasses while firing both times. The guns still functioned with the broken ejectors and the SA mags until I got the new ejectors to swap out. Needless to say I shipped that crap right back to promag. The followers in the promags looked like some generic piece that they ground down on a bench grinder, looked nothing like the SA mag followers.
