Last summer there was a thread on xdtalk that Blackhawk was replacing the little plastic 'spring' to eliminate the very slight jiggle and noise in the holster, I got a new one for free in a couple days.

Probably not your problem, mine will not come out without pressing the release button.

Let your gun therefore be the constant companion of your walks.

it is the springfield xd model, it says so on the actual holster itself. i think im picking my XD up this friday, if not, then next friday. When i get down there, if its still wiggling im going to tell him i want a refund, which i imagine shouldnt be a problem, since im spending 520$ on an XD9 from him. I'm hoping he doesnt give me a hard time about it, he knows it was loose but he said it needed to be worn in, we adjusted the screws but it still came out slightly. I told him i was going to try it in a friends xd and that i would see how it worked. It still seems to be able to be yanked out at a certain angle. It was the only one he had in stock, so i might just return it and go pick it up at another shop. Im still going to buy the gun from him, but im not gunna wait a week or two till he gets the new holster in. hopefully this doesnt offend him,.
