FTF need help!!

I recently got my XD back from springfield....it was an old one that had lost it's finish and needed a new locking block....GREAT SERVICE and they paid for the shipping. I put in a springer sear kit....looks like the old one with a trigger and sear spring, polished any wear points and put in the STOCK spring with a solid Don's guide rod. I am now getting FTF's on the first and/or second round when I reolad a mag. Not all the time but with the gun games I play it is causing me to loose time! If you look at the bullet it has no dimple on the primer. Doesn' seem to happen at any other time? This was a used gun when I bought it. The gun came with a stiffer recoil spring too.....should I try that....would it solve the problem?
