Thumbs up Plug For Dawson Precision

Wifey and I stopped by Dawson Precision looking for sights for my XD45Tac, boy are they in the middle of nowhere. First thing we see is a sign that says "Harley parking only" and I'm thinking I like him already. We were met with hospitality that would'nt have been any nicer if it had been Rob Latham that walked in. They were patient, knowledgable and answered alot of questions. We got the 10 cent tour as Kathy called it and the facility is impressive with CNC machines everywhere. We looked at alot of stuff in work and quality is everywhere. They definately have their stuff together. Since bullseye is my thing I purchased a non FO adjustable Target rear and a .125 FO front that Dave himself installed at no charge! I was worried about the sights being big but they look right at home on the XD45 Tac. The fit of the sights to the slide is amazing with no unsightly gaps like I had with the TFO's. I have OAE syndrome (Old A$$ Eyes) and I think the sight picture presented by these sights will be just the ticket.
I will head to the range tomorrow to find out. Check these folks out if you haven't already, they have some good stuff.
