When I called him Monday, there was something wrong with his phone and he was cutting out real bad. But he said that the Post Office was supposed to do a "Trace" and that he would know something by Wedensday and contact me. He has my email, home and cell phone number.
He seems to be a good guy on the phone but since this has happened, he's never tried contacting me to let me know what's going on. And that has put a little bit of doubt in my mind.

Sorry but the Post Office has not such thing as a "trace".

If he is unwilling to send you an confirmation number or Insurance number then I would wonder just what is going on.

I just had James to a TFO install for me last week. He said he sent it out on Monday and sure enough my mailman was at my door on Thursday noon looking for a signature on the fully insured package. James is usually very available at (205) 966-8142, his cell number. Have you checked with your local postmaster? If you were not home to sign it could be sitting on the shelf at your local PO.

As a side note, the TFO install was perfect!!!

My mailman will leave a notice if they tried to deliver. But I did call them anyway earlier this week, just in case something happened to the notice.
I have been able to reach James by phone. But he said he would call me, so I'll give him some more time.

My slide came today, by Express Mail. I wasn't really expecting it but I'm sure glad I stayed home, because they needed a sig.
AJames had also included the factory sights. I really like the TFO's, though I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet.

Express mail took that long? weird. Glad for the good outcome though.
