Flashlights not for gun.. recommendation needed

I am looking for something a little more powerful than my Mag light 2d with led bulb. I would like something about the same size and come with a car recharger/home recharger system.

I am a salesperson for a radiant barrier/insulation/ventilation company and I am in about 3 to 5 attics a day and have been using my mag light for 2 years but it just doesn't seem to get to all the places I need to look which means I have to crawl or walk around an attic more than I want to sometimes.

any recommendations?

I use a Surefire G2 ($35) with a 170 lumen LED bulb ($40) and I couldn't be happier with it. The Surefire takes a beating, and the LED bulb I have is crazy bright and lasts quite awhile on a set of batteries.

If you are going to use it on a daily basis then I suggest putting a little more money into an aluminum Surefire and be sure to get an LED bulb for MUCH better battery life.

The G2 is not really what I am looking for. For one its pretty small, two it is not rechargeable. I spent upwards of 1 hour and 30 minutes sometimes daily in attics so it needs to be car rechargeable so I can go from one job to the next and leave it plugged in between jobs.

Maybe a little pricy but the looks are great.

Talking about lights. Is there a flashlight that can strobe and render someone helpless breifly? Something that you can carry.

Olight Special Edition T-20 with Cree Q5 emitter. 205 lumens with strobe, SOS, and multiple brightness levels. Uses two CR123A's or two rechargeable RCR123A's.

Special Edition OLIGHT T20 w. Cree Q5 WC LED 5 levels, 3 modes, 205+ lumens! 2 x CR123A

Best little light I have ever owned. Bright and blinding as the sun.

Edit: Here is a video I made to show the strobe

This was taken at a distance of about 20 feet.

Any LED will last about 100 times longer than a Maglite. Finding a rechargable one will be the trick.

Black Bear flashlights are incan rechargeables. They are built on M*glight bodies.
Welcome to Black Bear Flashlights

I have a Bear Cub and it is really nice.

For a inexpensive option, try a Nuwai ALX-233 led light.
Nuwai 3 Watt Luxeon LED Flashlight 3W Handtorch ALX233C 3XC

It runs on 3 C batteries and you can use it with NiMh batteries easily.
