I'm a field security OIC...and I swear to All that is holy if I caught one of MY gaurds wearing something like that I would.... I dunno other then make them take it off....but I would not be happy. Unless your dept is regulating your entire staff wear that kind of thing (and I cant see why even though some dept's DO) I would keep it to a normal holster, a good cross draw if your looking

Not in any way trying to bag on you, thats just how I run MY officers.

It is a fine vest if the handgun is your only weapon but you might get into trouble with that vest if you do a transition with the pistol at that position.

Does it have the inserts for the ceramic plates?
