Pics of my modified Sub-Compact extension...
Thought about how the Pearce extension will sometimes print more than just the regular base pad and decided to modify mine from an idea from a member on here. I still wanted to have a full grip but thought that the extension by itself is a bit long. 5 min. with a dremel using the cutting blade for the first cut and a fine sanding wheel and I think its just right. My fingers are not bunched up and the pinky has plenty of surface area even with a loose grip and it prints WAY less than before. I'm sure others have done this as well but I thought I'd share.

Awesome job. I've never thought of cutting mine down but I did swap it back out for the stock base plate. I found that the pearce extension while comfy made the SC mag almost as long as the fullsize mags.
