IWB Holster Worn Outside of Shirt = Concealed?

Hi All,

This is a question concerning CA laws, primarily, but I'm wondering if an IWB holster like the Don Hume 715M, while worn outside of a shirt, would still be considered a belt holster and not be considered concealed...? You can plainly see the firearm, but the portion within the holster is still within the pants...

Any thoughts?

Tim

I'd say that's pretty plain and simple open carry. It's either concealed or open

I would say entirely out of sight.

I'd rather have my XD and not need it, then need it and not have it....

I hereby certify that the person described hereon has been granted the privilege of carrying a concealed weapon in compliance with Arizona revised statute 13-3112.
