Hume "Agent" and Hume Open Top

Who here has used or had experience with both? I'm tempted to get the "Agent" for the thumb strap but the 20 dollar reduction in price also has be eyeballing the Open Top.

My dad had an open top rig very similar to that for his G17 that I wore around a few times and I never had a problem with it bouncing around or even feeling like it was wanting to come out.

Anyway looking for folks with experience with them. How tightly does the open top hold the weapon? Does the tumbstrap on the "Agent" make it print more than the open top model? How well do they fit/conceal at 3 o'clock postion on our average sized posters?

I have used the Open Top before , but I prefer the very basic First Agent (link to Don Hume below) - the cant and ride is better and more concealable.
Retention is very tight, and it rides high for great concealment. The open muzzle doesn't bother me.
I liked it so much I bought 1 for my J Frame Smith and my N Frame Smith.
Plus it's only $22-$25 depending on where you buy.
Good luck.

Hmm that looks just like the one my dad used for his G17 for years just a simple holster that works.

I like the open top for my 45 tac. It holds it relatively snug and is of pretty good quality.
