If you prefer, you can drill a hole in the frame for the overtravel screw. Here is where you can get the drill bit for it... You will also need a 4-40 Tap
Qualtech Size #43

Thanks for all the support ichy_trigger. But I DO NOT tap the hole in the plastic, when installing the screw in the frame. I let the screw cut it's own threads in the plastic. This will give you 100% thread contact instead of the 75% that you get with a taped hole. The result is a much tighter fitting screw.

wow that is a drill bit

What kind of drill did you use? Can you post a pic of how you drilled the frame? With my drill, it's almost at a 45 degree angle.

I used a normal drill, and a normal length bit. I center punched the hole first to help start the drill bit, and just drilled very slowly. The hole isn't 90* to that face, but its tilted around a 15* angle. Not really a big deal. When the bar comes in contact with the screw they touch so that the faces are flush.

Take a look back up or at the beginning of the link I posted for a 12" drill bit. Its less than $5.00 to purchase and would make drilling the hole in the frame much easier.

I saw that but I'd rather not add cost if it can be avoided. I'm hoping Fastsc92 can post more pics so I can get a better idea of how a regular drill and bit will do it. Just want to get a better preview. If it still appears tricky then I might consider the 12" drill bit. Or just selling this kit.
