holsters and ATV riding
pretty much wat the title says. lookin for a holster to use while ridin my four wheeler. lookin at somethin like the bianchi evader or carry lok because of its positive locking device inside. or maybe even somethin with a good thumbbreak strap. u guys think i should just pick up a cheap nylon holster with a thumb break strap on it? TIA!

I use a Safariland 6004 for when I ride four wheelers.
The way I see it, I would rather take a tumbler with a firearm brusing my Quadriceps Femoris than wrench my lower back and hips. YMMV. |

Holster
I used a paddle Fobus when riding my ATV over some pretty rough terrain for a week in NM, pistol never budged.
FWIW I have a Blackhawk Serpa now because Fobus holsters can be sheared apart where they are riveted. Really only a problem for LEOs who might end up fighting for weapon retention though.
