Get bigger clothes. or.. one of those concealment holsters i.e. day planner with a concealable compartment... or a man purse.. I mean bag.
The old guys like to wear the fanny pack but some gruff old man wearing one of those screams HELLO I AM CARRYING A CONCEALED WEAPON! As does pretty much the entire line of 5.11 tactical, well anyone who knows that style clothing knows you're ethier carrying or an off duty/undercover officer and I'm sure criminals are more aware of that style than anyone. As for a seperated holster such as a bag or day planner you always have to worry about it getting seperated from you. Maybe a thief thinks you have valuables in there and scores a bonus gun to start a bigger crime spree with.

I'm 5'-9" or 10", 125-130 lbs. I wear a 31W, 32L pant size. I conceal an XD40 SC IWB at 8:00 (i'm lefty) in a comp-tac c-tac holster pretty well. Make sure you have a nice stiff belt and don't let it sag. Your shirt will drape over your shoulder blade and straight down so the gun doesn't print. If you need to do a lot of bending over you have to learn to squat straight down. I had to find the perfect spot on my waist for that gun. 1/2" back and the grip sticks out, 1/2" forward and the top of the slide sticks out.
I carry a keltec p-3at most of the summer because the XD is too big to hide well. I carry that IWB as well but have a pocket holster for some occasions. Carrying is a lifestyle. Not a simple decision. Change of some clothing style is a fact of nature for you unless you carry in your pocket.

You and I are roughly the same build and have the same sizing in clothing it sounds. That being said, I'm able to carry my XD-45C IWB with no problems. I'm currently carrying it in a Galco IWB holster, and am awaiting my KD holster. While I've had to alter my style of dress very little, I am much more aware of what I am wearing and how it affects the concealment of my handgun. However, I can carry while dressed extremely casual, to wearing full suit and tie (which I do frequently) with little problem. You should be able to do the same. The best plan is to try different holsters until you find one that works for you. It has been said on here many times, don't try to carry around your dress, dress around your carry.

Have you considered the new holster shirts that are on the market? http://www.511tactical.com/index.asp...3&number=40011
I personaly have used this one (http://www.actiongear.com/cgi-bin/ta...Flevel3c%2Etam) with the xd9sc with good result. You must be prepared to alter your draw routine drastically. But, it can become instinctive with training.
