i jus bought my XD last week. called up SA today and they are sendin out their paddle holster for free. (im a lefty)

I called their customer service and spoke with a rep. Very nice, very professional and very willing to help. Should have a paddle holster (not my first choice) in the next 5 days or so. This will allow me time to make a decision as to what I want to purchase. I would say their customer service is top notch.

def. agree with u about their cust service. wen they asked for my address and said it will be there in a few days, i said, does it cost me anything? and they replied NOPE!!
as far as the paddle holster, thats the only one they make for the XD that is left handed.... |

Comp-Tac make all of their holsters available for Leftys.... Even their mag puches and accessories.

I called Springfield after reading this thread and they asked for the serial # which was no problem since I had my gun with me
 and the lady said they'd ship a paddle holster out today no charge.Now that's incredible customer service. So far I'm thrilled with my purchase. Hopefully that's the only time I have to test their customer service. |
