I have the XD .40 sub-compact and I have both the 9 rd. and 12 rd. magazines, would there be any reason to put the Pearce Grip extensions on the 12 rd. magazines? Would they fit the 12 rd. magazines? I assume they are only for the 9 rd. magazines, but I just wanted to make sure. Thanks guys!

IMO theres no need to add the x-tension to the 12 round mag.......it would make it just a tad too long, especialy for concealed carry.........

You'll only need the Pearce grip extension for the 9rd mag. Unless you have hands the size of Sasquatch you won't need it for the 12rd mag.

I put it on my 9 round mag and didn't like it, on the 12 I doubt there are hands big enough to need that, and I have sasquatch hands, size 14 ring finger. I prefer the 9 rounder without it too.

I put them on my 9 rounders but I only needed about half the extension so I shaved them.
