night sight color

I think I've finally decided what night sights to get on my XD9 service. I heard too much about truglo TFOs breaking and trijicons not being visible during the day, that I've decided to get some meprolights, which I heard have an easier to see white outline on them. I was wondering if anybody has any opinions on what color is the best. I saw one post that said the orange aren't as bright as the green. Is that the same case for yellow? or are green naturally the brightest?

Well first off, the green is going to be measurably brighter than other colors and the half life is longer.

I have green/green Mepro's on my CZ P-01 and they work great! And I'm red/green color blind. I still have no problem discerning the front sight from the rear and they are very easy to use in broad daylight as you mentioned. I'm happy with them. Springer installed mine.
