holster question
I am looking to get a holster for my 45 XD and I am stuck between three different brands, i thought maybe some of you guys could help me out. The three i am trying to decide between are
....Fobus paddle holster ....Blackhawk serpa paddle holster ....Bladetech paddle holster Good and bad input both wanted here thanks

From your list, I would choose the BladeTech for its sturdiness and durability. I would also mention to have a look at the CompTac line of holsters. www.comp-tac.com

Welcome to the forum Hedshot. I've worn Blade-Tech products for seven years, and have been completely satisfied. They don't wear the metal like leather or nylon, and are completely tension-adjustable.
You also have the option of carry angle, by repositioning the paddle-mounting screws.

Hey Frenchy
Does the bladetech paddle hold the gun fairly close to my body? I know the one that came with my XD isnt too sturdy..(seems like the gun is going to flop out) I live in Illinois so it wont be for concealed carry obviously, but who knows maybe one day we will get it

It's pretty close, but not quite as close as a belt-loop model. Mine have the Tec-Loc belt attachment feature, which allow for removal without messing with the belt.
