Milt Sparks VM2 vs. K&D
I'm considering my first holst purchase and am on the fence. I ordered a SA Champion and was offered a Milt Sparks VM2 for $130, for the Champion; I also have a Compact(same barrel length).
Until I ordered this Champion I was sold on the K&D product as I palnned to ccw my xd40 service. Any comments, suggestions or experiences to share would help. And yes, I expect many "why not buy both?" I have to send $$ and ffl on Monday. Many thanks. Michael |

I carry a H&K P7 in a Milt Sparks VM2. It is without a doubt the most comfortable holster that I've ever had. The gun stays put , and draws perfectly. I can't say enough good things about it. The only thing negative is the snaps. You come out much better by threading your belt though and not un doing the snaps.

You can't go wrong with either. I have both, and would rate them equal in all aspects except for price.

Last time I checked Milt Sparks had a wait of over 6 months on orders.

I think the VM2 is way overpriced. You can't even adjust the cant angle. And who cares if it's "pretty". It's hidden.
