Springer Precision/Pistol Gear sear & spring kit

Good evening Gentleman.

After looking at the Springer/Pistol Gear sear and spring kit offered, I was wondering if any of you folks have tried it and also what you thought about it.

I personally wouldn't mind lightening my trigger and if it has a better break, would be nice too unless it would be too light for carry use. My factory trigger parts have already been polished and isn't really terrible now, but I'm curious as how the new kit performs.

Here's a link, though I'm sure many of you will already know what I'm talking about. I just didn't find it using the quick search feature.

http://www.pistolgear.com/proddetail.php?prod=05SSA

Thanks guys!!

I have not purchased the sear, but I did buy the $20 spring kit. It make for a significanly lighter trigger, and I like my XD better than ever. The next step for me is to purchase the sear and trigger bar. I'm sure if you get the sear and springs together, you won't be disappointed.

I bought and installed the polished trigger kit and did the trigger bar mod myself.
You will notice the difference with the trigger kit and I really like the travel I get with the bar mod.
If I buy another XD this will be my 1st modification.

The kit was offered by Pistol Gear for a short period of time with springs that were not ours. The kit is now being offered with all of our springs, so it will perform well.

Alright, that is good news. I didn't know you were a member here.

I'll check out your site and drop you a PM. There's several questions I have that may need answered off forum.

You got the version with Springer's springs. The packaging should be labeled as such.
