Peare Extensions

Just bought an Xd compact 4" 45 A.C.P. I called Pearce today and was told by the lady in Customer Service that Pinky extensions should be available by mid December for 45 cal models. In an effort to get them to market as quickly as they can you will be able to buy them directly from Pearce for an undetermined length of time

That's good news. I have them on my XD9SC but they do take away from the minimal grip printing a little bit when you use them. The rear of the grip will only be half as short as the 10 rd mag plate. It will be right about between the 10 rd and 13 rd in length.

A good case in point, my sub compact grip length is the same as my CZ P-01 with the Pearce Grip Extension on the SC.

Here are some pics to show you. I still like them and don't plan to take them off though:

I only need about half the Pearce Grip Extension. So I shaved half of it off.

Pearce Grip Extension... reduced!

Pete V,
Do you work for Pearce? You are a new member with 3 posts and they are all regarding Pearce pinky extensions. Just wondering.
