Saw a holster at a gun show; didn't think enough to ask what it was called.
I was just at the Valley Forge Convention Center in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, which holds a massive gun show four times a year. Even if i'm not looking for anything to buy, I always walk out either with something or wanting to search out a better deal online for something i saw there.
Now that i'm starting to babble, I'll get to the point: There was a table there selling holsters with no specific label I'd noticed(the salesperson had a company shirt, but I didn't take the time to memorize it.) These holsters were kydex, and had a clip/belt loop system similar to a Comp-tac C-T.A.C holster. The holster itself was shaped in, sort of, a moon shape (no abrupt separation of holster and belt clips like the C-T.A.C; essentially two curved pieces of kydex moulded and screwed together with flanking belt loops) which conformed to the contours of the body, and broke up the profile of the holster (basically mimicked the natural lines of the pants.) It was kind of like a kydex pancake holster with modular belt loops. It was possible for the holster to be worn both outside and inside the waistband by removing and reversing the belt loops, or replacing them with J-clips (thus allowing some tuckability.) It may have also had some adjustablilty in terms of depth and cant The holsters were, I think, $65, and $75 if buying the modular, J-clip option. The holster was specifically shaped for individual pistols (Most of the holsters were for Glocks, but they had an XD model.) Unfortunately, I hadn't taken the time to inquire as to the brand (I was running out of cash, and fighting the urge to buy anything else) and haven't been able to find it online (i've found a bunch of similar items, but not the precise model i saw there.) Driving back tomorrow is not really an option (too much stuff to do,) so I'd love to hear from anyone who read my description and it rang a bell. Thank you all for your time. ~Andrew |

That definitely looks like it. It doesn't appear to have a dedicated XD model though (even at springfieldxdstore.com.) That's pretty much exactly what I was looking for though. As long as I can get one that fits my XD9SC. Thanks.
