VMII for XD40. w/pics
Received the VMII for my XD40 today and all I can say is wow! It conceals great and I really have nothing negative to say about it. I placed an order for a dakota defender awhile back and will be interested to compare the 2, Kevin is a great guy and I will continue to wait for the Dakota to arrive later this year. Here are some pics for those interested, managed to find this one new on ebay but it would be worth the 20+ week wait for sure.

I don't know why those are popular. They are very pricey and you can't change the cant angle.
I'm glad it works for you.

Good points, I understand they are a little over priced, however have you ever tried one? The cant angle is about the same as a dakota defender with leather loops which is about 20 degrees. If you put kydex clips they offer on the VMII it would be adjustable. I'm sure the dakota defender will be a great holster as I have owned a k&d holster before, however the grip safety issue that you pointed out in your thread is a small but def. fixable issue.
