Adjustable sights?

I was looking on pistol-gear and saw the adjustable sights. Does anyone have these on their XD? Any pros and cons would be very helpful. And also which blades did you get the .100 or .125? Thanks.

I got the thinner blade. force of habit really, a thinner blade allows you to center the front sight in the rear sight (left to right better). In theory though if you center the front fiber optic dot between the two rear dots it should work the same.

The Dawsons ride a little high in my opinion. I would have rather had the Bomars but the slide needs machined for that which makes them cost about twice as much.
