No B.S., is the new trigger bar worth it??

OK, guys. Anyone who has the new trigger bar. Is it enough of an improvement over just using the Springer Precision upgrade kit that it is worth $60. and two hours of gunsmithing? Thank you in advance for any replies.

I'm interested in knowing too... I've got the Springer kit installed already and love it... Will the bar help too?

I dont think you will find any bull**** in the other three or four threads about trigger bars. . . . my opinion though. Most all info here is legit, even if wrong, its well intended.

The intent of the trigger bar is to restrict the forward and aft movement of the trigger, reducing any unnecessary travel. Any movement you remove in the trigger pull translate to a reduction of movement in the muzzle end, hopefully improving accuracy.

... AND to make a stronger part. The stock parts (with the exception of the bars with the close ended hooks) are stamped and pinned. When you see enough XD's you will know that there have been a few trigger bars that have flat out broken.

Many of our customers wanted higher quality parts, and with the demand for folks who like to do their own fitting, moving forward with the trigger bar made sense. We have many customer that shoot thousands of rounds a month through their XD's.

Personally, I don't think it improves the pull qualities a bunch over correctly modified trigger bars, but I do notice less "flex" in the bar over the stock one. So if your looking for a WOW on feel, you won't get it. If you don't want to have to re-work the stock trigger bar, then it might be the ticket for you.
