Laser Max uni rail laser

I was a the range today and one of the sales guys that I normaly chat with there was telling me about the new laser they just got in. He pulled out a fake glock with it on there and let me check it out It was very cool!
I convinced him to let me try it on my XD and I have to tell you it was like my gun was made for it, with out any adjustment (from me) this little bugger was spot on at 20 yds. The pulsing feature was realy helpful with fast target acuisition. Since yesterday I blew my wad on a couple of cases of ammo I put one on hold and told him I would pick it up in two weeks. This thing was awsome and I am Sure that it will be the best $180.00 that Ive ever spent.
BTW: this is not a paid endorsment

Why pay 180 when you can pay 163?

NO matter what he might pay, they are a very nice laser. Small, light, convenient, and they actually keep their zero. A good investment for those people who want to carry a laser.

Thanks for the input but the trl-2 is too big to wear iwb, and I kind of want to help suport the local range (kind of a guilt / charity thing). The guy there is going to give me 10 percent off and he did let me demo one.

From my experience with this specific laser (borrowed from a co-worker) the only problem you might find is the battery cover. If you don't get that screw tight enough, you may start losing your dot. Too tight and I'm sure something breaks. I wasted a few bucks on new batteries, only to find out it was that loose cover. Other than that, I liked the fit/function. Not so much the price.

Until I find something impressive under $100, I'll keep playing with my $25 NCSTAR universal laser. http://www.ncstar.com/new/UserFiles/...PRLS_NEW_2.jpg

Yeah, I've been pretty impressed with my limited experience with LaserMax in general, and have heard nothing but positive feedback from those I know who use them.

Personally, I'm looking to get the Guide Rod style laser they make, but it is a bit expensive, so it's still aways away. I'll give some feed back once I've gotten it.
