Mag Adjustment?
Hi all, has anybody retrofitted a 10 round 40 cal. mag to a 12 rounder? If so, how did you do it?
I just bout a couple of 10 round mags that have the "dimple" on the sides and would love to increase their capacity. Cosmetics aren't at issue as these will only be for range use. |

Sorry about the lack of specifics but I remember reading somewhere about someone Dremeling out the dimples on 10 rd mags and increasing capacity with no immediate problems. Although after a while the mags fatigued and started to crack at the top and bottom of the grooves....
Not 100% on the accuracy of this off the top of my head but I read it on another forums a month or two ago. Can't remember where or when exactly??
