all im gonna keep in it is the pistol, 4 mags, cleaning crap and boxes of 100 WWB ammo.

I have the smaller bag pictured above that came with my 1911 loaded. I was hoping it was a little bigger too but it has spots for 10 mags 2 pistols and you can fit some ammo and cleaning stuff in there too.

The price was right so I'm not disappointed.

My $0.02, worth about $0.009, as that "Range Bags" are a waste of money. Go to Home Depot and look at their selection of soft tool bags. You can get a very sturdy and roomy "Range Bag" there starting around $15.00. It'll have plenty of pockets and is designed to be filled with heavy tools and thrown around a pickup bed and a job site.

saw the larger SA XD range bag at the range today. fools were tryin to sell it for $75+tax

anyways its really, really big. looked like it could fit 2 XD cases that the gun comes with.

Yes, it is the one from Midway. I like it a lot. The two front side pockets is where I put 4 mags. The middle is where I put my XD-9 Service. The two side pockets I have boxes of ammo. The top large pocket holds the XD-45 Tactical. And on the inside the two pockets on the top hold cleaning supplies a pen and two pairs of shooting glasses. It has a adjustable divider which I keep pushed to the back and put targets. And then there is a ton of space for the rest of my mags and ammo. I sometimes take my Benelli Super Nova Tactical and AR-15 with me and put there ammo in there too.
