Blackhawk CQC cutdown for XDSC

I wanted a Blackhawk CQC with SERPA for my subby but when I called Blackhawk I found out they don't make one for the sub compact XD. So I bought one for the four inch and cut it down with the bandsaw. Here are a couple of picks if someone thought about doing it for there sub. I can draw alot faster out of this holster than I can out of my leather and fobus holster.

Very nice! I have a CQC for my Sig 229 and like it. I had given thought to what you just did for my XD40 SC but was not sure about dropping the $$$ for an "experiment". Thanks for posting...... looks like I'll pick one up and start cutting.

Bandsaw worked great. You just have to clean the edge up after you cut it, it did not mess with the tension screw or the release. It worked out well.
