Any SOBs?

Excuse the pun of the title.

I was wondering what people thought of them and what SOBs your using. I recently got a good deal on a http://www.desantisholster.com/067.html.

It rides nice in all positions and is absolutely concealed.

My wife calls me an SOB all the time - but for my handgun I carry IWB strongside 3:00.

i'm most comfy with SOB, and would carry that way. but it seems to really put you at a disadvantage if your sitting, or if a BG is actually behind you, your about giving him all he needs to grab your wrist, and possibly break your arm, and take your gun. thats a bit paranoid i suppose, but thats just me.
i considered SOB for awhile, but find i'm much more comfy with about a 3 oclock iwb/owb. or 4 oclock with a forward cant on the holster.

cheers

I do (carry SOB), I had to draw my weapon in vehicle a month or so ago. It was a fast smooth draw and it stopped everything fast.

All I could think about was how loud this sh*t was going to be. And I was going to shoot across the face of my driver who is an Airborne buddy of mine who reacted fast by retracting his neck and head to the rear of his headrest. It was funny as hell about ten minutes later because the only thing he was thinking about was the muzzle blast blowing his ears out again!

As I said, the situation defused and no one had to die that day. But it was sure funny to look back on.

The thing about drawing is you have to practice, practice, practice. I practice all holsters and shooting positions with the chairs at my range. I will sit on a chair and draw and shoot across to my 9 or 3. Just be safe. Practice instills instinct and reaction. Which in turn allows you to think about the important stuff like considering who gets smoked first (target priority).

That's an awesome holster...but I can't get past the yellow leather (?) pants.

That's just wrong. Ew.

For the SOB, I use a cheap Uncle Mikes. You cant reholster without two hands but its fast on the draw. Its more less a handgun sleeve clipped unto my belt.
