I don't understand why an IWB would be out of the question. go to http://www.tuckergunleather.com/ Check out the Answer or the Texas Heritage. Either one of these could be used with tucked in shirts with only a small amount of the clips showing especially if you use the C Clips. granted you cant tuck your shirt all the way in right where the holster is but you tuck around it and blouse your shirt out. I forget where but I have seen pictures of this done and it is very concealable.

Heck if you wanted to attach velcro to the inside of your belt you wouldn't be able to anything at all using the V clips.
