Takedown lever
Does anyone know of any smaller (thinner) takedown levers for XD's? I think the bulkiness of the takedown lever is my one and only gripe about my XD. It wouldn't be so bad if the lever were built into a recess in the frame but it kinda juts out there enough to be annoying for my large hands.

Alternatively, have any of you done any mods on yours or know of people who have?

I just use it as a locator for my thumbs. Helps to grip it the same every time.
