IDPA Holster
I have ordered a Crossbreed holster for my 9 service but I want something I can use for shooting competitions.
What do you guys like for both IDPA and other shooting comps? My XD Gear holster got me by today but was piss poor. Also what mag holders do you guys like? I forgot to mention that I need one that works with Tru Glos installed on the pistol. Last edited by scalce : 01-14-2007 at 03:28 PM. |

Do you think the SRB will allow room for the Tru Glos?

I use the same holster for both IDPA and USPSA; Blade-Tech Belt Holster with Tek-Lok. It is fast, smooth, and perfect for Practical Shooting. There is plenty of room for all sights, including the Dawson Adjustable Set (tall).

Does the tek-lok work well? I supposed anything is better then me using the XD Gear ones. I think I may also go for 2 single mag pouches versus the double which can slow you down on a reload. Also will the SC fit in the blade-tech that is made for the 4 inch barrel? |

Because with the Tek-Lok, you can easilty remove or move the holster without removing your belt.. It is just as stable/secure as the Loops. The Tek-Lok offers much more flexibility in the way of options.

I use my crossbreed supertuck for IDPA. For me IDPA isn't a competion, it's practice. So I use what I normally carry. I do need to get a better belt though, the 'ol Walmart special isn't holding up very well.
