I'm all for the more parts idea as long as they are as good or better than factory. I do like the memory bump idea like on loaded model 1911s.

I've missed out on being a tester cause both of our XD45s are out for trigger jobs right now.

But the gen1 HS could use a little better trigger, so if the results are good I'll buy one when they become generally available.

Bob,

Count myself in as another tester. Sounds like a great product

Since he said that he's got 200 on the way, I'd imagine that he's past the "Tester" stage.

Still, price depending, I'd probably pick one up for any new XD.

I'd like in on this too. From what I understand of those precious trigger jobs, the aftermarket sear could definitely shorten pre-travel and reset, as well as reduce pull-weight... relocated/thicker nub, deeper spring recess.... Would likely still need to install your own over-travel setscrew (in either the trigger-bar or the frame). Hmmmm... a better fitting locking block too, nice.

Anyways, Bob's got a good reputation in this business, so I can't wait. Please let us know when the website's up. Thanks!

Happy Holidays everyone!
Rich
