if you look at them you can't really see anything different.
take off the back pocket have a smaller mag pocket sewn on and then replace the rear pocket, if you want to get fancy you can have industrial elastic band added to the mag pockets to secure the mags even better. I was bored one day...........

Picked up a comp-tac twin mag pouch today. It's OTW but it held those mags snugly against my skin, and I'm a thin guy! I wore it with my Blade Tech UCH. It concealed my mags well and was rather comfy. Next I'll try the C-TAC holster.
