I broke down and bought a TLR-1
I've wanted a tac light for some time now, so I took my $10 off coupon up to Sportsman's. Turns out, they had 6% off everything in the store as well, so I was out the door for $110.00.
I know it's not the best deal, but it's not horrible and I have it right now. It's sweet. Pics to come.

I was minus a flashlight tonight, back home at my parents and left mine at home. So, I took my tlr-1 off my gun and used it to go look for something in the back garage. Shined it around the backyard, across the street about 40 yards into some trees. It's amazing how much brighter it is when you're in a city that you can actually see stars in the night sky!! I still wouldn't trade this light for another.

I have one for my XD-45 (home defense gun)and love it. It has been very durable and has the best illumination of all the tactical lights that Ive tried. The extra weight has also helped me out with follow up shots.

Sneaks, it's funny that you should say that....
I went to the range today and figured I'd take the light along, just to see how different if feels with it on. Man 'o man. No muzzle flip at all. That thing is fantastic, not to mention it lights up.
