I have been using TFO's for over 3 yrs. The first pistol I put them on is my Sig 220. They are also on my IDPA pistol (for 2 yrs and 5,000 rds of 9mm). Until I bought my XD the other day, my carry pistol has been a Sig 229 in 357Sig. I have put a couple thousand rds thru it with the TFO's without a hitch.

I prefer green/green because the green is easier to pick up for me.

I don't think you can go wrong with them.
