To solve this problem I put a few ziplock bags over the gun and put it in the holster to set over night. Worked like a charm.

I noticed my CTAC fits my service like a glove...and my SC is SOOOO tight in there it's not funny. Strange, so I tried an SC at my local range, and it's the same way....annoying as hell.

I tried the 3 bags for a week but still didn't loosen up enough for me so I used some of my wifes leather conditioner and it is now very smooth coming out. I do not worry about 1 hand reholstering as I no longer shoot matches and if I need to draw on the street i'm probably gonna have to surrender my piece to a LEO after, i also am not super active anymore outside as I'm taking life a little slower these days.
