Anyone used xssights?

I searched before posting and got zero replies. Ok.

www.xssights.com

Anyone heard of these? They look ok for getting in the ballpark but I cant see that they would offer nice grouping?

Any thoughts or hear say?

I have them on my HS2000, they are very good for getting in the ballpark very quickly. I think they are great for self defense distances. They are not intended for fine target shooting.

i have the big dot on a 9 sub.
they work very well in low or no light.
they are not target sights.
their intent is fast acquisition.
like accross a bedroom.
overwhelming number of self defense engagements are at 5 yards or less.

I had the xs sights on my Para and they were ok. But on my XD I'm having Novak night sights; I just prefer the Novaks but I have to wait another week to get the slide back

They are incredible. I have used ghost rings in the past, but for my SCXD40 that was not option. So I went with the XS. Had them put on by James at http://www.xd-hs2000.com . Very fast service, about $117 and he even put them on for me.

Acquisition, re-acquisition are about cut in half. Groups of 21/2" at 35 feet over 6 seconds.

Really a must have.

I have them on my sub 9. Very fast sights, not for target. I like them though.

Which would you fellas recommend then, the Big Dot or the Standard Dot? I plan to carry my XD40, but would also like to be able to plink and practice with it....these seem like the right sights if they are good, quick acquisition sights.

Thanks for all the great advice here.
