Love them!!! It's almost exclusivly what I use on my AR....Having said that, it's not what I use for my handguns.

Thats all I use for handguns, rifles & shotguns, the tactical kit cleans all rifles .177 to 50 caliber, shotguns .410 to 10 gauge, and pistols .177 to 45 caliber.

I use one for cleaning my .17 HMR and .177 air rifles.

Messed up once putting the patch on and got it stuck in my .17 HMR barrel. So I wrapped the cable around a piece of 2" PVC pipe, had my son hold the rifle while I pulled on the cable. I thought for sure I would rip it apart and have to drive the patch out with a piece of rod. But it came out just fine.

Still using it, but now I'm putting the patches on right.

I've been using the universal kit for 5 years and i still love it, there are plenty of options as far as cleaning systems go and most all of them will work great but for being compact and able to clean as many different calibers as great and quick as the OTIS system does they are really hard to beat. Just my .02 worth, try one I don't think you'll be dissapointed!

Good buy. Have several of the compact kits and this is the one I use most of the time. Things are available and easy to get to. Works well. Recommended.
