Post Pachmayer Grips

I was just wondering if anyone uses any of the pachmayer grips and how do you like them. I use my Xd for USPSA comp and I wonder if adding the grip would DQ me in Production.

My buddy put a Hogue on his XD-45. I know it isn't what you specifically asked for, but they are similar. He really likes it. I have somewhat small hands, so I didn't find it that great.
