I've ordered from both www.pistol-gear.com and https://www.shop.xd-hs2000.com before, both offer great shipping and service.

Also, for custom made holsters, it's best to order from one of the guys listed above rather than direct from the manufacturer. The resellers often get priority when it comes to making product rather than the individual and thus, production and delivery will be vastly quicker if ordered from a reseller.
