DVD Rentals

while i was surfing the net i found this site, thought some of you would be interested:

http://technicalvideorental.com/

it has alot of videos to rent from firearm repair and cleaning to woodworking a such. i was thinking of trying them out. most dvds are 9.99 for a week and include free shipping (return shipping too). they have a disclaimer that some of the dvds will be in dvd-r and +r format, which most dvd players play. i was thinking about getting the magill xd dvd and the mossberg 500 armorers course.

anyone tried these guys before?

I have the AR-15 armorers course. Only I bought it about 3 years ago off the DPMS website, its pretty good and as a new guy to ARs I picked up alot of tips from it. Dont know about the other vids though. All the vids look like a compilation of other vids from other sites. For ten bucks though im sure its worth a try.

Not to hijack...I want to watch the survivor man episode on Aug 27th about surviving in a disaster area ( ie.. katrina scenaro). Looks pretty good.

Ren, if you like watching that show and are interested in learning the skills he possess. Try looking up Tom Brown Jr. He runs the "best" survival school in the world and Les Stroud has taken many classes from this guy as have I.

You learn more then you could imagine in one week. There are as many classes as you care to take.

Sorry for the Hijack
