And then you just use a tooth pick to put a dot in white dots?

Is there a difference between paint marketed specifically for gun sights vs. enamel-based modeling / hobby paints like Testors? I have a Kimber Stainless II which I'd like to paint a fine line on the top of my "blank" sights, but wasn't sure if it'd be a problem.

Fluorescent orange, (Testors), on the front sights. Rear sights as they came.

Good old Walmart model paint. You can use a toothpick or paperclip...

I have used both Bright Sights paint and Testors neon green.

http://www.brightsights.com/index.shtml

I found the Bright Sights paint to be more tolerant of oil and solvents. The model paint doesn't reflect as well and has to be repainted every couple of cleanings. Also the Ghost glow set is a pain. It is a like regular glow in the dark stuff it has to be charged with light before it will glow.

I used dark grey on the rears and bright neon green model paint from W.M.

I used a tooth pick, you only need a small drop.

Approximately 160 million people were killed by their own governments, in over 40 communist states, just in the 20th Century alone. These were not foreigners killed by invading armies during times of war, these were citizens killed by their own governments in times of peace.

Flourscent Orange front, flourscent green rear, both Testors brand at WalMart. I used one of the modeler's brushes also available there, filled in the dot and used a paper towel to quickly wipe off the extra using LIGHT pressure. Filled my dots in very nicely and no troubles to date.. 6 months use.
