Can I ask why you want to do this? Is it for carry comfort, or are you talking about a total reshape?
I went from a Kahr P9- too small,
to an HK USC- too blocky,
skipped the Glock (which needs the GR IMO because of the same problem)
and settled on the XD357 Tac.
I think these fit pretty good in my hand, and I've got pretty small hands.

The total Package

The reason I MIGHT want to do this is traction without increased size..
And a better grip for me...Without skate tape or tru grip etc...
I just wanna know from anyone who's had it done if their satisfied with it and the results were what they expected.
This will be on my duty gun .
It's not small hands but short fingers etc... I am just looking for alternatives...
Thanks and take care..

If "traction" is what you want, I don't know why you want a reduction. Do a search and you will find many who have stippled their grips. If you are brave and patient enough it is a pretty easy mod. I used a cheap soldering iron and am very impressed with the results. I will try to posts pics tomorrow.

I was considering it for my wife. She's only 5'2" and has the smalles hands ever. To give you an idea, her ring size is 3 1/2. Most girls are in the 5's and 6's.

+1 has anyone tried the reduction?
